Greetings,

Valued Vendors and Exhibitors;

We appreciate your interest in working with Monterey International Blues Festival and adding your unique character, flair or flavor to our annual event. This year we have decided to extend our hours of operations an additional hour and a half with an extra music set which will conclude the event by 7:30pm. Our goal is to provide an authentic atmosphere of Blues, food and arts for our community to enjoy for years to come. Your participation and contribution to make this another successful event is valued. MIBF is a nonprofit 501C-3 and supports other local community programs like The Salvation Army and Guitars not Guns for kids and others.

In submitting your application please fill out the form as completely as possible including all required documentation for city and county health permits business license etc. Proof of insurance is required for any vendor or exhibitor holding an insurance rider. We highly recommend purchasing the day policy for $35.00 available through the Monterey Fairgrounds. To make it as easy as possible for you we can enter your information to the fairgrounds for the daily insurance policy per request. This year participation fee will be $435 for food vendors and $235 for all other exhibitors. This includes the insurance cost previously mentioned. If you have your own insurance please deduct $35.00 from your total with proof of all required insured documentation. Tents are required for all participants as stated on the application. However, you can provide your own or rent one through MIBF for a direct cost to us of $150.00 per 10X10 tent. For all vendors and exhibitors tents must comply with city and county fire proof code. Please do not mail in your participation fee with the application. Upon review and acceptance of your application you will then receive a terms and conditions contract to be signed and dated. Submit your entrance fee along with your signed contract no later than June 7th 2018 to be admitted as a vendor or exhibitor.
